Research positions,
opened.

A U.S. research role is the credential that decides the Match — and the hardest thing to get from the outside. ResearchReach finds the right researchers, studies their work, and reaches out for you. Personally. At scale.

At least one researcher interview from your campaign — or your money back.

Illustrative sample — every name and paper detail stays redacted.

The locked door

The best research roles are never advertised. They're corresponded into.

Research is the currency

Matched applicants consistently report more published work than unmatched ones. A U.S. research role is not a nice-to-have on the application — it is the line that gets read first.

A hidden market

The positions that matter are filled through networks — a former fellow's recommendation, a hallway conversation, a reply to the right letter. They never reach a job board.

No way in

So candidates do the only thing available from the outside: send hundreds of identical emails into faculty inboxes. Almost none are answered. Most people give up.

The engine

Five steps. Sealed.

Your campaign moves through five stations, like a letter through a sorting office. What each station achieves is below. How it does it is not.

  1. 01

    Discover

The researchers whose work actually fits you — not a purchased list.

  2. 02

    Enrich

Verified contact and context for every name that survives the cut.

  3. 03

    Analyze

Their recent papers, read — what they publish, what they still need.

  4. 04

    Personalize

A letter only that researcher could have received.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Into the right inbox at the right moment, with follow-ups that don't nag.

The methods, models, and quality controls inside each step are proprietary. Full technical detail under a mutual NDA.

Proof

Cold outreach, measured.

Reply rates from senior faculty are the honest test of personalization. Here is ours against the cold-email industry, on the same scale.

~4× the industry average. Reply-rate figure is our internal measured rate; benchmarks from Instantly, 2026.

The guarantee

At least one interview. Or every dollar back.

A Premium campaign sends up to 600 personalized emails. At our measured 15% reply rate, that's dozens of conversations. When interviews don't happen, you don't pay.

What the same money buys elsewhere.

We accept a maximum of 12 new candidates per month, because every campaign runs with human oversight. When the month is full, applications roll to the next intake.

Questions

Asked, answered.

Why only 12 candidates a month?

Because every campaign runs with human oversight. The personalization that earns our measured 15% reply rate from senior faculty does not survive being rushed. Twelve is the number we can do properly — so twelve is the number we do.

What counts as an interview?

A scheduled live conversation — video or phone — with a researcher or their team, about joining their group. An auto-reply doesn't count. A polite "thanks, noted" doesn't count. We hold ourselves to the strict definition, because the guarantee means nothing otherwise.

How does the refund work?

The guarantee applies to Premium campaigns. If no interview is scheduled within 90 days of campaign completion — provided you've supplied your CV and responded to replies within three business days — you receive 100% of your money back. The full fee, not a credit.

Is this just mass email?

No — and the numbers show it. Mass email is why the industry's average reply rate sits at 3.4% (Instantly, 2026). Every letter we send is built on the researcher's actual published work: what they study, what they've shown, what they still need. That's why our measured rate is 15%.

Who is this for — and who isn't it for?

It's for IMGs serious about the Match whose application is missing U.S. research experience. It is not for everyone: if we don't believe we can place you — wrong field, wrong timing, a CV that needs work first — we'll decline your application and say why. The guarantee is only possible because we're selective.

Final step

Apply for access.

We review every application personally and reply within two business days — including a straight no if we're not the right fit.

Tell us your name — we reply personally.

We need a working email to send our answer to.

Choose the option closest to your situation.

Name the field — it decides which researchers we'd approach.

No payment now. Applying requests a place in this month's intake of 12.
